My name is Richard, and I am currently a student at university, studying Computer Science. The format of my lessons are online, so it doesn't matter where you are in the world, we can still carry out lessons.

My dynamic with students is firm but fair. Despite this, however, I do like to laugh and enjoy time with students so that they associate tutoring with happy memories, and so that they are at ease.

I am not incredibly experienced, however, I do have a lot of knowledge in both Mathematics and Computer Science, as they are both passions of mine. My experience consists of tutoring family friends in Mathematics, as well as tutoring secondary school students in both Mathematics and Computer Science, helping them carry out complex calculations or code with ease.

Although this is just a Computer Science advert, I am also happy providing tutoring in English, especially helping to analyse poetry and wider literature, something that I believe that all young people should be passionate about, but unfortunately aren't.

I will endeavour to help all of my students as much as I can, getting rid of any anxieties to do with education or specific subjects, and help them thrive. I am also a LGBT+ ally, so there's no need to be afraid of negative responses to not being what is considered the societal norm.
