I first get an idea of what the students strengths and weaknesses are by doing a test. Upon reviewing their results I will customise my method of teaching by beginning with their weaker areas in a the subject of choice, that will involve Socratic questioning and expeditionary learning. Once a module in a subject is complete they will be assessed, rewarded feedback and given the opportunity to review their incorrect answers(if any).

Following this we will proceed to the next module within the subject.
