Back in high school, I used to be a tutor to other students in English Language and Development studies and those I have helped did very well. I have always wanted to be a teacher but as fate would have it, I ended up doing Law and I recently graduated. I love interacting with learners in order to identify where the problem is. I always got best performance in English that is because I love the language so very much. I'm more into grammar, narrative writing and comprehension. The goal is to make sure that by the end of every lesson, the learning objectives we would have outlined at the beginning of the lesson are achieved. The aim is to make sure that everything we intrnd to learn is done to the best of our capabilities because I like to have a student-teacher method of learning not a one sided one. I am not harsh with the students and i am very patient. This goes to say I can repeat something as many times as possible just so I make sure that the student understood it. My assessments are planned in order to give the student enough time to prepare and aim for the best marks.
