Experience as a; teaching assistant, support worker, mentor, manager of a children’s home, director of the service of a semi-independent home, trustee of a charity that supports disadvantaged children and young people with mental health, and a programme facilitator. With these experiences, I would love to start and grow my business to have an organisation structured on tangible growth skills for others through partnerships.

In my experiences, I have identified a lot of chaos in the world. Many have been misguided on how to support their way of thinking, leading them to process things differently. Their communication technique can often be misunderstood or frowned upon, causing labelling that leaves a person feeling trapped. Teaching them ulterior ways of communication can remove these undesirable effects and enable growth in mindset through implementing proper communication teaching tools.

Our lesson plan with each child will depend on our clients needs . Our Lesson plan is client centred after initial assessments a plan will be created along side child and parent .To support each child and young person to be confident with basic maths the creative way. It’s important to understand each child’s interest and the way they learn as understanding a child’s learning style puts a realistic goals in place to create an action plan than will teach each child and young person the tools to explore basic , maths with full interest and engagement and most importantly a basic understanding in maths and more.
