Hello, My name is Morya Wadodkar. I’m a Third Year Medical Student at the University of Bristol. I understand the hard work and the competition all aspiring Medical students go through, so I am committed to ensuring everyone achieves their full potential. With a UCAT in the top 7% and achieving 2 offers from the University of Bristol and Barts and the London and undertaking interviews at Kings and Birmingham, I have the experience to help students get into Medical School. Also, by achieving A*A*A* at a level in Biology, Chemistry and Maths, I hope to help students overcome the final hurdle of A levels. I have also achieved all 9s in GCSEs and have experience in tutoring for 11+ admissions tests in the past.
Along with academics, I have multiple hobbies such as playing cricket and squash both at county levels. I also enjoy teaching these sports as they helped me improve my interpersonal skills. Getting into medical school is tough and my main motivation is to help as many people get in as I know the privilege and enjoyment that comes with Medical School.
Teaching Style
My teaching style is always student centred. Firstly, I build rapport with my student to create an atmosphere that promotes learning. I like to be clear and concise in teaching and allow the student many opportunities to demonstrate their learning. I have helped over 30 students get into medicine and achieve the grades they want with a 100% success rate.
For me tutoring is a privilege as I am able to help my students achieve their goals. My tutoring style is tailored specifically for the individual to ensure I can maximise progress and understanding.
