As Graphic Designer with over 40 years experience and now a retired Creative Director (and Art Director), I offer a Basic Orientation and Induction course into the world of Graphic Design.

The only job ever free from design flaws - is the one where no design went into it.

This Graphic Design course is most suited to those who know how to Imagine AND at least draw with a pencil, are passionate about Graphic Design - and who are not afraid to fail. Sometimes.
A passion for Typography, Shapes, Color and Space.

And a curiosity to see how YOU can make them all work together - so that someone will open their wallet, and buy the result from you.

If your intention is to not be doing this - then the beach is a better place to go. You wont have to think.

I will be guiding you throught the Fundamental Requirements of a Graphic Designer.
The first of these is having the visual acuity to Notice "things".
Walk into the room looking for all the green things. When you leave - write down all the red things you noticed.

This is most important. Without this ability you will be designing in a fog. In order for your design to "live" - It must illuminate. And it is you, the Designer, who must be the light.

Your job will be to avoid lighting up all the mistakes that already exist.

And light up peoples lives.
