- Lessons will be 30 mins
- Will be using exam board TRINITY
- Trinity Theory and Piano Pieces books can be ordered online
- Together we will work through the theory and piano pieces, we can alternate every lesson between theory and learning the pieces

Learning Theory can be quite hard but in my opinion it is quite fun and challenging, kind of like maths :)

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask during the lesson, I am more than happy to go over something that you are struggling on repeatedly

Theory will beed to be done in pencil to rub out any mistakes

When I was learning theory, I used to do it next to a piano/keyboard and try to see how to play different notes, chords and melodic lines. This really helped me and was able to pass all theory exams with distinctions


I personally believe that learning how to play the piano is an amazing skill to have. I’ve roughly been playing piano for around 11 years now. The theory side does get tricky, but with tutoring, the help of my GCSE and A Level teachers, I am able to get the hang of it. There is also a wide variety of music genres that range from classical and baroque up to rap and modern day hip hop. Music in my language is all about passion :)

Learning something at first is not always easy, but I am here to help those young aspiring musicians fulfill their dreams!
