Each student has an individuality that must be respected. As a teacher by training (and out of love), I believe in adapting the teaching methodology according to each individual, thus enhancing learning. In this way, the methodology of the class is developed together with the student, trying to identify their difficulties and needs.

I have had some experiences that have made me realize how different each individual is and how important it is to respect this individuality, understanding it not as a failure or deficiency in learning something, but rather as a characteristic of that student.
I am truly passionate about teaching and I try my best to make the student feel as passionate about Chemistry as I do.
I HOPE TO HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO SHOW YOU HOW WONDERFUL CHEMISTRY IS TOO! =)

Some experiences:
I'm originally for Brazil and during my undergraduate studies, I had the opportunity to study in the United States and learn about a new culture and about the language, which helped me to understand even more the differences between individuals.
During my master's degree, I moved to another region (in Brazil), further increasing my understanding of different ways of thinking even when we are within the same country.
During my doctorate, I had the opportunity to study in France, adding yet another cultural difference to my story.
I have been living in Wales for over a year now and I can confirm the importance of understanding the individual, their culture and their needs.
