I specialise in tutoring A level biology, chemistry, and maths, having completed them at A level with grades A*A*A, and I am now doing a degree in Pharmacology for drug discovery. I like to focus on students' weaker areas to build overall confidence and performance. I explain things in various ways and use different revision methods to maximise understanding. I can also help students with their independent revision planning and time management. In the sessions, the students can decide on areas they would like to focus on, and from there, I am happy to either consolidate the content or go through the application by doing exam-style questions. If students wish, I can also set questions and targets for independent work each week, as I understand managing your own revision can be difficult. Having also been offered 3 successful medical school offers i am also happy to offer advice on medical school applications and the UCAS process in general.
