I will be able to zoom call, or Skype to reach people’s needs. Whatever is easiest for the student I will try my hardest to accomplish. I have experience in working with younger years in my college, and I am a sports leader which entailed a training course of leadership and lesson planning. I also did work experience in a local primary school where I read with students and taught them so basic maths for the day and just supported them, differently to how a teacher may support the children. I will have flexible hours as my hours at college vary depending on the day.
