I am a young tutor who is passionate about Geography and teaching young people who struggle with the subject at GCSE.

I have experience with young people through my school as well as volunteering locally, which entails reading with younger students and helping them develop and expand their social and educational skills. I also have experience with charitable event days which entails helping young children and families with their days and maintaining entertainment throughout. I had also achieved a grade 7 at GCSE for Geography as well as achieving an A.8 (high A) at A-Level and being predicted A-A* at the end of my A-Level career. I have references available for my current Geography achievements and for my capability teaching and developing young people's skills and knowledge from teachers, head of years and also previous employers. I also have multiple years of experience with young people with special needs such as autism and ADHD which means I am capable of helping specific individual's needs if it is required which is useful for the students if needed as they can be fully understood and helped in the right way for them.

Lessons with me would entail learning the GCSE Geography AQA content with lessons being one-on-one. To understand what it is that the student needs we will go over whatever part of the content they struggle with the most. Lessons can be regular for each student. I will teach in a variety of different methods to ensure the knowledge is maintained (for example, flash cards, mind maps, posters, practise tests and exam questions with timed conditions and presenting different information resembling a classroom environment).
