When I'm teaching, I feel good and happy when my students are happy because they've understood the main points of my lectures. When my students are dissatisfied with the content of my lectures, I tell them that I will explain what I missed in the current lecture in the next class. The task-based method is the learning strategy that is typically employed. I understand that each student is unique and that the level of understanding varies from student to student; as a result, the task-based method is tailored to each student's needs. With this method, students feel at liberty to express how they feel about learning, and as a teacher, I am able to help them out with their mistakes without anyone feeling embarrassment. In my three years of teaching, not only in the classroom but also online, my students have learned that it is okay to be wrong and that there is no shame in not understanding the topic too quickly. They also understand that we are in class to learn, not to compete.
