I think that not everybody learns the same and that different teaching formats can help you learn and understand content better to apply it. I would want to know what works for the student first and then build lesson plans that would be suitable for them to understand better what they are struggling with and to be able to overcome that struggle. I believe that everyone can achieve a lot of success but the path to it isn't the same for everyone and I want to help them on their path to success by helping them.
