As a French Teacher working in the Ministry of National
Education, I was responsible for planning, design and delivery of
teaching outcomes.
? In this teaching role, I ensured each learner/student met their full
potential and I had the expertise to identify additional education
needs.
? This teaching role required strong organisational abilities,
coupled with empathetic responses to assist learner/student to
meet their full education potential.
? I provided feedback to parents and liaised with colleagues on
internal policies relating to health and safety protocols.
? Collaborated with staff at internal meetings and ensured all the
proper day-to-day running of a busy school was paramount.
? In my role as a Professional Training and training Coordinator
with Masar Centre, I was responsible for identifying the training
needs, analysing any gaps in knowledge and implementing
training plans.
? In both of these training roles within Masar Centre, I
developed strategic plans to ensure employees had multiple
avenues and opportunities to upskill.
? This required excellent planning, mapping and outsourcing
when I had identified the training gaps for employees.
? In my role as Strategic Planner Specialist with Assalam
Catering, I was responsible for managing and shaping the
company’s overall business strategy.
? Creatively developing strategic plans and assessing the
outcomes, updating on company performance and
conducting market research to ensure competitive
frameworks.
? I was also responsible for researching and utilising data
analysis to inform new business directions and decisions.
? This role required excellent negotiation skills,
communication and forward thinking.
