I have about three years of teaching Civil Engineering courses both in Jordan and in the UK. For my teaching method, I am always keen to immerse the students in the class by keeping asking them questions about the topic being discussed to make sure they are on the track. Moreover, I used to give my students multiple quizzes through the study period to ensure that they are understanding the lessons properly.
So, following the students by means of the previously mentioned approaches has proven its efficiency in making them staying on the track and digesting the topics as they should be. That would reflect on their performance in the exams and would eventually end up with obtaining high grades.
