Hello, I'm Mai and I am an experienced secondary school teacher with a Physics specialism. I am currently a science teacher in a school and I teach all 3 sciences at KS3, GCSE and Physics at A-level. My pupils achieve fantastic results and my lessons are regularly graded as outstanding. I also run drop-in sessions after school for anyone needed extra support, so I have plenty of experience working with students on a 1-to-1 basis.
I am effective at using my science background and teaching experience to provide high quality, bespoke tutoring to people from all backgrounds. I effectively tailor my sessions to an online setting if desired.
Tutoring Experience:
I am a fully trained and qualified Physics teacher. I have taught all the three science subjects at different schools across key stages 3, 4 and I teach Physics at Key stage 5.
I have confidently used my experience and excellent subject knowledge as well as the extensive knowledge of the specification for the exam boards (AQA, OCR and Edexcel) to facilitate the learning of all my students.
I have had great success with a range of students in all key stages. Due to recent events, I have moved into online tuition and the lessons I have delivered online to students have been very successful and well received.
