Our lessons would always start with a fun activity, like e.g., timed race for the ingredients, a mini quiz, etc.

Secondly, we would start cooking. The meals are agreed beforehand, as well as number of courses, and the time is estimated before the lesson as well.

Unless stated otherwise, the food is provided by the customer. In case of in-person teaching, the food stays for the clients. In an event of online classes, the food that the client had done belongs to them.

There is no guarantee that in both in person and online classes the lecturer will cook the same meal.

Last but not least, after cooking, there will be a "cool down" session, where we will write the recipes we wrote down.

There is an additional charge of £15 for commuting.
This is because I am able to commute, however, this is not easy with the train being so expensive.
