I am a student myself, and so I believe that I will be able to create a comfortable teaching environment as I can understand the perspective of someone who is just starting out. Whatever the situation, I will strive to do my best to aid you in that and make it an enjoyable experience. I have always been a top band student in all of my subjects - specialising in Music, English and Drama. I understand the pressures of school life and I know the ins and outs of exam criteria having been through it very recently so I can give specific help for specific needs.

I have achieved a 9 in GCSE Music an A* at A level, alongside Grade 5 theory, Diploma level Piano and Singing, as well as Grade 8 Violin and Viola. I have experience as a classroom assistant at KS3 and GCSE level as well as working 1:1 with students on specific tasks - mainly composition. I am currently a Music Director with the Tring Youth Theatre Project on Matilda, which involves: preparing rehearsal material, accompanying performances and teaching vocals to ensembles and soloists. I have taken part in 3 Guildhall composition courses. I am also a member of the Buckinghamshire Youth County Choir and Orchestra and have worked with the Tring Choral Society as a paid member and Hesperos Choir. I have taken part in multiple Orchestra workshops and Musical Theatre workshops in my local area. I love to learn about different aspects of musicology and I hope that I can help others to develop their understanding of music. I am also proficient in performance skills, taking part in many theatre/music productions as well as classical performance concerts and more contemporary music - I am a singer in a cover band, and have raised over £2000 by setting up/performing in a music marathon in aid of Hectors House. With my extensive and wide ranging background I feel that I can cater to many different groups and I hope that you feel the same!

I have achieved a grade 9 GCSE qualification in English Literature and Language as well as a Distinction in Public Speaking. I have also achieved an A* at A Level in English Literature. I have experience tutoring children who have learning difficulties, so if you are looking for someone to help achieve an average academic ability I can do that. However, if you are already a high achieving/average student I can help to get the top band grades or allow you to develop your understanding further afield.

I also have qualifications in Lamda, 9 in Drama GCSE and A* at A Level which is beneficial to my communication skills and if a student wants to take off in this direction I have a lot of experience in performance that will be invaluable.
