I have worked as teacher and head teacher for ICSE school students . I have my Ph.D. in botany. Learning is to be enhanced by extending personal attention. Learning is not by chance but it is the result of personalized efforts. I need to find rather identify the learning pattern of each student and support them as per their needs.
