I have worked as teacher and head teacher for ICSE school students . I have my Ph.D. in botany. Learning is to be enhanced by extending personal attention. Learning is not by chance but it is the result of personalized efforts. I need to find rather identify the learning pattern of each student and support them as per their needs. Motivation and appreciation is the the key factor in my teaching pattern .It has given my students wonderful progress in their academics.
