Having accomplished my course in Applied Linguistics and obtained CELTA qualification with hands-on experience in teaching at Education First, I have gained knowledge and skills in Educational Psychology, Language Teaching, Academic Reading and Writing, Computer-Assisted Language Learning, and Cross-Cultural Communication. I can tailor-make courseware according to learners’ personal needs with a sound syllabus and rationale supported by specific aims and objectives for each stage of the class. To plan comprehensively, I check the level and characteristics of learners, analyse topics before deciding on the learning aims and objectives and producing class content, and conduct research to draw inspiration and validate certain ideas. After generating courseware, I prepared props, realia, printouts, or handouts accordingly. I would also monitor learners' learning progress, and adapt to learning requirements and preferences to see results.
