Ming Yan Cheng

I am a first-year student at the University of Southampton, with 2 years of experience tutoring children and adults to improve their English language skills. I have tutored ESL, English Language, and English Literature to all ages; particularly with the IELTS and TOEFL systems for ESL students, and the GCSE, IGCSE, A-Level and SQA. I have also worked with young children from the age of 3 to improve their proficiency and literacy. As an ESL learner, I can empathise with the challenges one encounters when learning English.

My sessions are all online, they are tailored to the students needs and to help them achieve their goals from tutoring. I create engaging and interactive lessons that motivate students and foster a supportive environment, allowing them to build confidence in improving their English skills.
