As a recent MSci Physics graduate from Imperial College London, I combine academic expertise with a passion for helping students unlock their full potential. My background spans advanced topics in physics and mathematics, where I’ve tackled complex concepts like theoretical phsyics and applied them through programming and problem-solving. Beyond academics, my experience includes mentoring peers during collaborative research projects and volunteering in educational workshops, which honed my ability to break down challenging material in a relatable way. I also gained hands-on teaching experience through a university module where I worked as a teaching assistant at a local school. Over three months, I introduced new teaching methods to enhance students’ learning experiences and guided them through a programming project, sparking their interest in STEM.

My teaching approach is highly personalised - I take time to understand each student’s learning style and goals, adapting my methods to suit their needs. Lessons are structured yet flexible, starting with a clear focus, and building toward mastering specific topics or techniques. Whether we’re dissecting tricky formulas or applying real-world examples to abstract ideas, I aim to make sessions both engaging and effective.

Patience, clear communication, and encouragement are at the heart of my teaching philosophy. I also bring enthusiasm for making learning enjoyable, drawing on my diverse interests, including language skills in Japanese and French, which help me connect with students from varied backgrounds.
