I am graduated in a Pedagogical University in Venezuela as an English teacher, according to my knowledge in strategy of teaching, I can teach my mother tongue Spanish. I have 23 years of experiences in teaching process, especially in universities, therefore I've applied English for specific purposes (ESP) in professional careers as Accountancy, Tourism, Computing area, Administrative Sciences, Marketing, Cost Accounting, Human Resources professional career and others. Furthermore, I make emphasis to develop the four skills, especially in pronunciation area making comparison between the standard languages, for example, if I teach English, I make comparison between American way (US) and British way (UK). Those aspects include the pronunciation, grammar, orthographic rules and kind of culture. I like to get a sequence of my contents according to the necessities of the learner(s) and a lot of compromise of learners. I apply inductive to deductive process of my teaching using the analytical reflection all the time, I mean, everything has a why is necessary to learn or apply in that way. The evaluation method that I apply is through the development of the four skills, but first I apply a model so that the learners have an idea of how they will be evaluated. Quantitatively, a minimum passing requirement of 70% is applied for each evaluation. Given this, it is necessary to apply teaching by levels where the degree of difficulty of every learner is increased and with this ensure effectiveness in their learning. Likewise, I am open to suggestions, as long as they are reasoned.
