I got a 9 in Maths IGCSE and also I took further maths, normally when tutoring I go through some examples of the areas they are struggling on and explain how I would do it before getting them to do some of the other examples. If they are still struggling I will then help them with the questions until they understand fully. Ive done some tutoring before and Ive helped people around GCSE level with Algebra and they understood how to do work the problems after I had explained it. I try to make them understand how to do it themselves and understand what the question is asking before explaining how to do the actual question itself. This way they can be more prepared and able to answer the questions than if I just told them how to do the question. I am able to use any platform such as zoom or facetime. I can easily help with homework or help them understand a specific topic using extra work. In my lessons I will work through examples using Corbett Maths explaining both how I would do the question as well as any ways to make it easier to do. I am also happy to explain any tips I have for taking the GCSE.

People have said that my methods are simple to understand and use as well as being one of the quickest methods they have seen. I am happy to explain the topic more or less depending on their ability and I will not spend long if they are already strong on a topic. Finally I will share what websites I found best and used to learn and revise from for my GCSE's.

Finally I am happy to help primary children to help them with the 11 plus like helping them with long multiplication/ division and help them with the early algebra in the 11 plus.

I am also happy to Tutor with Chemistry as I got a 9 at GCSE and I understand Organic as well as Inorganic chemistry, I can help with the calculations in Chemistry as well as how to get full marks on the 6 markers and finally how all of the different reactions and experiments work.
