My approach is Holistic, supported by Health Psychology principles and Spiritual Biblical wisdom and knowledge. My tools are practical, simple, inspiring and effective as I received incredible results working with my clients, from overcoming depression, anxiety, to loosing weight, being free from smoking cigarets and drinking alcohol, and simply enjoying a healthy meaningful lifestyle.

Each session is conducted remotely via video call, ensuring a safe and comfortable space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and goals.

Session Format:
• Personalised Guidance: We begin with a discussion about your challenges, goals, and aspirations.
• GPS Framework Integration: Using my GPS Framework, we will apply techniques that help you cultivate gratitude, patience, self-awareness, and action toward your goals.
• Practical Strategies: You will receive actionable steps, tools, and exercises tailored to your specific needs.
• Reflection & Growth: Each session includes self-reflection exercises to deepen learning and ensure progress.

My Signature Coaching Program: 6-Week Holistic Wellness & Life Coaching Transformation

Beyond one-off coaching sessions, I offer a 6-Week Holistic Wellness & Life Coaching Transformation Program—a structured journey tailored to help you create deep and sustainable transformation. This program is designed for female students and female adults looking to:
? Overcome stress, anxiety, and self-doubt
? Develop self-awareness, confidence, and resilience
? Improve work-life balance and personal well-being
? Achieve personal or academic goals with clarity and focus
? Improved health & wellbeing, which may result of loosing weight in a healthy way, overcome bad eating habits, or even stop smoking or drinking alcohol.

Each week, you will receive a guided workbook to help you reflect, set intentions, and track progress. Additionally, we will meet 1:1 for a coaching session, ensuring you receive personalised support every step of the way.

I had a great pleasure on working on my own self with the help of Mila. She is an amazing coach who understands you better then we do to ourselves.
