I recently completed my PhD in Developmental and Stem Cell Biology at the University of Edinburgh, where I honed my expertise in science and education. I have extensive teaching experience across GCSE and A-Level Biology, Physics, Chemistry, and Maths, helping students prepare for exams with tailored guidance. I am a friendly, fun, and passionate tutor with a strong desire to help each student succeed, taking the time to understand their unique academic needs and challenges. My lessons are dynamic, engaging, and focused on tackling specific problem areas, ensuring students achieve their goals and exceed their expectations.

Throughout my academic journey, I maintained a strong passion for biology while extending my love for science to other disciplines like maths, chemistry, and physics. Additionally, as a native Spanish speaker, I have successfully taught Spanish for over a year and am happy to support students looking to improve their language skills. My multilingual background allows me to connect with students from diverse cultural perspectives, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

I take a structured yet flexible approach to tutoring, preparing materials in advance and, if needed, setting homework and practice questions to monitor progress. My goal is to instill confidence, foster a love for learning, and help students unlock their full potential.
