I would like to assess my student's goal (every student has a different one), and then plan the milestones to effectively achieve those goals, meeting the language requirements from the very basics (A1) to the most advanced (C1). I like to add some sense of humor to the classes since I believe it is a wonderful tool to remember things in the future.
