Curious and focused fourth-year Applied Bioscience student with a passion for microbiology and its multiple applications in laboratory research. The wide range of possibilities for future discoveries this field offers strongly draws my attention, particularly in areas such as environmental bioremediation. Have gained a variety of lab-related work and voluntary experiences, and developed a wide range of transferable skills, including team working, communication and problem-solving. Currently studying microcystin production by m.aeruginosa due to their great importance for human health as my honours degree research project.
