I am a positive, helpful and kind person, which will resonate into my lessons. I will be teaching online with an interactive and demonstrative approach to my teaching method. I feel communication is key when learning a new language, so the more we can chat and have conversations you will grasp the understanding of the language and I will in turn be able to listen out for any parts that you may need more help with or we need to focus a bit more on in our next lesson. I value students opinions and feedback and will always find out the interests of my students to adapt the lesson around that. Active participation will be rewarding for both myself and the student/s and they will be able to reap the rewards faster and benefit from active engagement. I have always wanted to teach and did a lot of tutoring during my university years, I have taken on management roles in my work and have had to lead and run workshops for office staff. Being a mother of two young children, I have also had an active role in teaching them especially while they were not in school. This lead to me finding my passion to help teach and guide students on their journey to learning English. What you give in to the lesson is what you will be able to take out of the lesson. "Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn." - that is my teaching outlook.
