Hi, I am an experienced personal trainer and fitness coach who has run a company called Fighting Fit Studio for over 15 years. I work one on one and run group sessions.
My classes are fitness based and use kung-fu techniques and exercises as well as circuits and weight lifting to achieve personal fitness goals.
