I feel the most important things in a lesson is patience,good communication, and that the student feels comfortable enough to be able to ask questions if they don't understand.I have played in brass bands up north and have also played in wind bands and I feel that the experiences of playing with other people makes me understand how to behave when playing with a someone wants to do music as z hobbies that's fine but if they want to do it more seriously then obviously that would also involve some theory learning which will make someone a better player as they will understand the music better.I feel it's important to share my love of music for all ages .I learnt to play the Saxaphone from Mr Nigel Portass who has been a real inspiration to me and I also plan on learning the Drums and Guitar so I can also eventually teach those as well.Listening to most types of music is important to get a better understanding znd even professional musicians are always learning new things.You can never learn enough when it comes to music and I would love to teach people who perhaps have been thinking about learning but perhaps have felt they wouldn't be able to. Someone close to me who is dyslexic thought they wouldn't be able to learn to play the guitar but they have and they are also learning basic is a matter of taking time and patience and finding a way which can be done.Thankyou for taking the time to read this.
