I have completed the 200 hour yoga teacher training in Vinyasa flow and have been teaching privately since last year, specialising in one-to-one lessons for people who struggle to motivate themselves. I also include guided meditation and am a trained esoteric healer. Classes are usually one hour but 30, 45 and 95mins are also possible depending on your needs.
