My main job is in theoretical chemistry research, which is really applied maths. I have lots of experience supervising Cambridge University Natural Scientists and am just getting into private tutoring. My main job is in theoretical chemistry research, which is really applied maths. I write computer programs in my work to solve maths problems and can involve computer simulations in my teaching to help you learn. I take pride in being patient as a teacher and have a knack for simplifying difficult concepts. The core of my teaching is explaining concepts and working through problems with pencil and paper (online), but I am happy to use other approaches as you wish.
