I can teach anyone to cook any worldwide cuisine, from traditional, classical cookery, to modern 'molecular' techniques, baking, pastry etc. I also have extensive experience in food/business concepts, menu writing, general food/catering establishment running and management from set-up to day to day running, tried and tested marketing ideas and staff management (specific to hospitality). Over the last 20years, I have been lucky enough to have worked with some very successful companies as head/exec chef and food and beverage advisor, and also worked as a freelance nutritionist for some professional sports people. I am proud to say that i have mentored and trained cooks from scratch to head chef level, some of whom have gone on to be successful business owners themselves.
