First of all we would need to determine what you would like to learn then we would make a plan of how to get you there. This could be from the basics of finely dicing vegetables to making pastry from scratch. This could be done online and we could work together at the same time whilst I show you how to do things, this way you can ask any questions whilst we go through the processes. If your local to me I could do this in person also, either at your home or my place of work.



I have 18 years of experience in the industry and wish to share my knowledge and most of this is in fine dining so we could get your dishes looking and tasting great at the same time.
