I have been a teacher of French and a tutor for over three years. Being that I was in France for the last one year. I was able to interact with the culture and understand it better.
In terms of my lessons, I always begin with giving the learners a great overview of what we are going to cover while explaining the starting point, all through to the target. To reduce the aspects of boredom, I inculcate the use of music in learning and we are able to have fun while we learn.
At the end of the lesson, we recap the lesson together and assess the understanding of the learners before a task is given.
I am also open for feedback and I give the learner and opportunity to let me know any areas of difficulty throughout the session. I offer a safe environment for learning and engage the learners effectively.
