In our online coaching sessions, we will partner together to explore how to build your confidence and skills to achieve your goals. I'll likely (but very gently) ask you a lot of questions, but, much more importantly, I will listen to you, and guide you to figure things out as we go along. Making changes to any behaviour, whether it's about exercise, food, alcohol, jobs and careers, relationships, or whatever other areas in your life, is a journey, and I'll be there with you on yours.
I have worked in the NGO, charity and non-profit sectors for well over 20 years, in Canada and in the UK, where I also worked in the NHS. I'm passionate about health promotion and supporting those that aim to improve the health and wellbeing of others and themselves. My experience is diverse and varied and includes delivering quality client and patient care, advice, and support and working with individuals to achieve their goals and maintain healthy behaviours.
