While working as an English teacher in Spain (to Spanish students), a French teacher and a PE teacher I developed innovative approaches to language tuition, tailoring approaches to individual learning styles and personalities. This is the main methodology I use. I believe that teaching needs to be as individualised as the individual and the best way for someone to learn is for the student to enjoy the subject and be able to digest the information they are given.
