I was born in the Azores, Portugal, (no, I don't have a strong "typical Azorean" accent tho. If you're wondering, haha I will explain why once we meet :)

I understand the different styles of learning and how each student learns better. So I adapt our strategy as I learn about you and work to reach your specific needs.

The lessons can be informal but at the same time structured. I like to do 50/50 with practising and learning grammar. But you're the boss so I just make suggestions. The lessons can be as you want, I am open to 100% grammar or 100% conversational. As mentioned before, every student has a specific need and I am happy to do what's more convenient.

I like to immerse my students in the Portuguese culture as much as possible, with music, movies, art ... all culture helping us with the language.

I have the confidence and experience to guide you and will have you accountable for your goals. I Make sure you progress and I get happy with every step. Experienced with Adults and children of all levels. Online and in person.

I use TPR teaching Techniques and other methodologies.
