I've taught people between the ages of 9-16, so I know how to explain concepts in a range of ways to make sense to everyone! I break down harder topics into simpler analogies and tips that I personally used to achieve my results. I'm approachable and will never talk down to you- no questions are stupid.
I am also very available to discuss university applications, especially for VetMed entries and work experience- I have contacts for people in the Bucks/Beds area too.
I like to think of my tutoring sessions as if you're having a study session with a friend, just an extra helping hand in your goals. We'll break down difficult tasks into multiple lessons, and can always fit in extra time to talk about anything new that comes up! I have experience in Maths and Chemistry A Level as well (A's in both), so I can help link Biology in context, which often helped me. I can also help with English and structuring essays, making sure you understand exactly what the examiners want. I'm very focused on helping you figure out your study techniques to help set you up for a future of success beyond tutoring, a set of skills that will hopefully take you where you want to go- if that's university or elsewhere.
