Mia in a nutshell
I took catering for four years in education and went into becoming a pastry chef for a year. My strongest points are desserts and sweet treats however I also know a lot of savoury dishes to teach as well. Each lesson will be slightly different and I will try to make sure that you enjoy taking part as much as possible.
