Mia is an excellent teacher, my Korean knowledge has improved so much within just a few classes thanks to her. She is very knowledgeable and friendly, so every class is very informative and a lot of fun.And outside of classes, she will send a lot of useful materials on anything I need more help with, homework to help improve my skills and helpful information to prepare for the next class.Mia will make sure I am confident enough with each stage before moving onto the next, and she is very patient and will carefully explain any corrections when I make mistakes, which is something I appreciate a lot. So I feel very confident that I will continue to improve thanks to her!I highly recommend Mia if you are looking to learn Korean at any level, she very clearly has a lot of passion, knowledge, and experience teaching Korean. I am looking forward to learning much more from her!

Mia works really hard to prepare every lesson, tailoring it to the individual student's needs, so it's a pleasure to study with her. Our lessons are a mix of reading, listening and comprehension, grammar, pronunciation and conversation. I am really keen on learning Korean and do my best, but honestly I can be hard work and I wouldn't want to be my teacher! haha However, Mia is always very professional, patient and the same time cheerful. If you study with her, she will encourage you and motivate you to do your best. Highly recommended!

I have been a student of Mia’s since April 2022. I have to say she has been an excellent tutor for me. I started from knowing only the Korean alphabet to now having conversational Korean. Mia expects you to work hard and manages to help you remember the Korean language by repetition and having an ordered learning program. She is an experienced tutor and will adjust her teaching techniques to try and help you learn. Homework is always given and short tests are used to consolidate your knowledge. I highly recommend her.
