Hi! My name is Mia and I am a fully qualified and registered Physician Associate (MSc, PA-R). I have over 1500 hours experience working with patients in hospitals and GP's, including paediatric patients!

I am also an experienced tutor, having worked for a year for a top tutoring company. During my time tutoring I have worked, both online and in person, with children from all backgrounds, abilities and personal needs. This includes working with children with ASD and ADHD.

I like to tailor my approach to each individual student, as we all learn differently! So I think it's really important to always discuss with both students and parents, to find out what will work best for you! Whether this is using diagrams to aid understanding, using rhymes to remember the tricky stuff, or even having a quick dance break when things get too stressful.

I am really passionate about teaching Biology but even more so in making sure students can find confidence in learning and also know that it's ok to get things wrong sometimes.
