I can successfully teach English and Maths, but have lots of experience teaching Phonics.

I am a patient individual who caters for any needs. I understand one teaching style doesn’t fit all, meaning I use visual and written examples, audio and conversational feedback ect. Depending on the student.

The usual format of my lessons are watch, explain, have a go, feedback. The students that need more support have this method repeated until confident, so they understand the basics. More able students move on to a solidifying activity, so they can start to development a more in depth understanding of the topic being taught.
