I am a second year university student studying BA Education Studies. I am currently employed (since 10/22) with an agency who I work as a teaching assistant/learning support assistant. In this specific role I have:

• Provided essential one-to-one support to students with diverse learning needs, ensuring their academic success and
personal growth.

• Assisted in the development and implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs). Tailoring learning strategies to meet each student’s unique requirements.

• Collaborated closely with classroom teachers to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

• Demonstrated patience, empathy and adaptability while addressing the varying needs of students with disabilities.

The lessons I will provide will be specifically tailored to the needs of the child and the area they need to improve on.
