from past teaching experience, I strongly believe student-centred teaching is one of the best methods of teaching as it ensures the main focus is on what the student is weak at and helps in identifying the gaps in knowledge. this method is one of the best methods because it is time and cost effective, as it ensures time and money is spent on harder concepts rather than the easier, well understood ones. This is why, by the end of each session, objectives will be set and they need to be met prior to the next session. What is going to be taught the next session is also going to be decided to give time for pre-reading and preparation for this topic. at the beginning of each session, 10-15 minutes will be spent on discussing past paper questions related to the past topics. when a topic is finished, a test session is going to take place to ensure every aspect of the topic is well understood and to enhance your skills of solving exam-styled questions. solving exam questions will be a big proportion of this course because practice makes perfect! sessions are going to take place via Microsoft teams application and dates of sessions are going to be decided at the end of each session.
