I have worked with various students since I qualified as a teacher. Teaching English to
different levels has taught me practical skills such as monitoring to analyse students' needs,
asking CCQs to check students' understanding, managing time, lesson planning, preparing
materials by using the SARS technique (selecting, adapting, rejecting, and supplementing),
and organising and running group sessions.
