Melanie Tse

I am available to teach Maths and Statistics up to university level while being passionate about the topic, I am also able to apply mathematical concepts to day-to-day applications to help visualisation. I am friendly, responsible and happy to adjust my teaching methods to the student. I have had previous experience tutoring both Primary and Secondary (providing private 1-1 tuition) where I researched teaching material based on the required syllabus. I will do worked examples in the lesson as well as explaining theories, and set a few tasks for revision. I graduated from Imperial College London with MEng Mechanical Engineering in 2019, and have had industry experience in designing trains (rolling stock) since graduation, which has honed my mathematics and data processing skills. My strengths include human factors in design.
