Lessons are made up of both verbal and written tasks. I am to make the sessions aa interactive and fun as possible with a mixture of music, film and books whilst making sure essential elements such as Grammar and verbal fluency are also being taught. For students who are beginners I begin with simple word recognition and basic sentence formats such as introductions or everyday phrases. Over time I introduce more complex ideas and scenarios, whilst encouraging students to further strengthen their understanding by listening to spanish music or perhaps watching shows in the language. This would allow them to increase their interest in the language as well as ensure what is being taught during our sessions is being reinforced during their free time. I would also provide homework tasks that promote creativity such as writing letters or short stories, which would lead to an increase in curiosity for the language.
