I build rapport by getting you to introduce yourself and find out what you already know and build on that. I will then present the essential knowledge then give you a task to practice knowledge and give feedback.

I did a course with Melanie as part of a Go Digital funded Campaign through the College of Cambridge. I was really a total beginner and it gave me the confidence, with Melanie's support and inspirational teachings, to go onto completing a further course for a Level 5 Digital Marketing Course at the Digital Marketing Institute. I would thoroughly recommend Melanie as a Tutor for this subject - she knows her stuff and has a friendly and relaxed manner in her class presentations.
