I build rapport by getting you to introduce yourself and find out what you already know and build on that. I will then present the essential knowledge then give you a task to practice knowledge and give feedback.

I do give scenarios but I also find that its good to use a business that you are in or are familiar with.

Whilst on task there is plenty of opportunities to ask questions. I am there to support you to get the best out of the training which should leave you with practical skills that you can use for years to come.
